How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." Once you have all your items in the cart, proceed to checkout and follow the prompts to complete your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact our customer support (support@sportikathletiks.com) as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. You will receive an email once your product has been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please visit our Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions on how to return an item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned items. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please allow your bank adequate processing time of 5-10 business days once we have processed the refund to see it reflect in your account.

How do I find the right size?

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team.

Our products are made from high-quality, performance fabrics such as moisture-wicking polyester, breathable cotton blends, and stretchy spandex. Specific material details are listed on each product page.

For best results, machine wash cold with like colors, use non-chlorine bleach if needed, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid fabric softeners and iron on low heat if necessary.

No, you can place an order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and enjoy a faster checkout process.
